A strategic leader with over 15 years of proven experience across international development, public-private partnerships, and program management, Mr. Faisal Amiri serves as the President and Co-Founder of East Coast Global Solutions Inc dba ECG Solutions. With a diverse background in public and private sectors, he brings a unique blend of organizational and operational leadership, data-driven decision-making, and comprehensive project management expertise to the organization.

Faisal has held pivotal leadership roles, including serving as a City Mayor in Jalalabad, Afghanistan, where he successfully led initiatives that drove municipal revenue growth and implemented critical infrastructure projects. As the Executive Director of the Organization for Economic Development of Afghanistan (OEDA), he provided visionary leadership to advance economic development and poverty reduction initiatives, securing impactful partnerships and fostering sustainable community growth.

At East Coast Global Solutions Inc., Mr. Amiri oversees the operational strategy and business development efforts across all service lines, focusing on government contracting, logistics, government consulting and business support services. He leverages his extensive experience in program management, grants management, finance, and international business to drive organizational growth, optimize project delivery, and ensure exceptional client service.

Mr, Amiri's prior experience includes high-impact roles with prominent organizations such as the U.S. Department of State, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and USAID-funded projects and government of Afghanistan, where he excelled in program development and management, quality assurance, and financial analysis. As a multilingual leader fluent in Dari, Pashto, Farsi, Urdu, and English, he effectively facilitates cross-cultural communication and collaboration in diverse operational settings.

Faisal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management and International Business from Hanze University of Applied Sciences, the Netherlands, and a Master of Arts (MA) in International Business from Anglia Ruskin University, UK. His professional credentials include APMG Certified PPP Professional (CP3P), Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, and certifications in project management and cultural diplomacy.
